As a supervisor education fellow (SEF), I appreciate how the CPE Supervisor provides guidance and support to SEFs every step of the way as they develop their own competence, authority, and supervisor identity. I believe the strengths of the CPE Program at the Graduate Academy of CPE Supervision include seamless integration of the different psychological, psychoanalytic, educational, and behavioral theories in the CPE process, behavior modeling, openness, interculturality, inclusivity, dynamic spirituality, relevant assessment, and timely feedback through individual supervision. These definitely make my CPE formation (not just training) truly life-changing and impactful as I continue to serve people in my own ministry setting, community, and sphere of influence here in the Philippines.
